Hiya,
sounds like you are in the 'monitoring' phase where people start thinking maybe keep an extra eye on this, but no action needs to be taken.
I have had high creatinine levels and low GFR since long before I started RA. I've been on all the DMARDs and now on hydro, pred and Humira and have always had creatinine and GFR done each time at the request of my rheumy.
All this time I have been monitored every so often with occasional 24hr urines. Also had a cystoscopy and ultrasound years ago - but that was more because I also have blood in my urine and high blood pressure.
The meds have made the readings worse, particularly Cyclosporine which knocked my GFR right down and I had to come off it. Even with all this it is only a watching brief and trying to make sure the meds don't do anymore damage.
It is good they are aware of your readings, and you may have more tests, but please don't worry - it's one of those things that rumble along.
ps my creatinine bobbed along at just below 100 and is now consistently over, but does go up and down!
Just one more delight to put up with!!
take care
Alison xx
